Its incredible how lazy a lot of the "new" clothing items are. Just take a close look. See that? They're mostly just re-colours of existing items. The folds in the clothes give it away. I can't wait for another bucket hat!

Im glad there is no fomo (as in the items aren't really good enough to care about missing) i wish they made it so you can still complete the season pass after it ends. Also the specific challenges would be cool if you could also still earn xp just by playing.

I probably don’t have a say in all of this but I’ve seen stuff i want from previous tekken games now with a price tag,i voluntarily chose to stop playing this game bc of the practices they are implementing,i think all of this should have been in the vanilla games except for dlc characters,however i think Lidya,heichachi and every returning character from other games’dlc should have been in the game too. I think it’s unbelievable that we’re still getting characters we already paid for in other titles. I don’t mind much of Capcom’s practices but I do have a problem with namco,i think the game is feeling “expensive”and not worth paying for at least to me. Not salty or anything and i encourage ppl to pay for w/e it is they are willing to pay but atm this ain’t it for me chief. Gg’s to the community.

The questions I have are "are you going to pay," "why are you essentially advertising the battle pass to us," and "are benefitting from Namco to do these sorts of videos?" I'm honestly surprised you aren't outraged at the idea of Tekken going full Scamco. You also say at 6:14 that you want to skip that "narrative." Not wanting to spend money on a cheap garbage like "ball" isn't a narrative. To answer your question, I'm not willing to pay for anything more than the game itself, but perhaps I'm just too old school in my DLC acceptance.

The fact that people actually support micro transactions like these and call it "Necessary" its just a perfect example of how far gaming has fallen. A few whales have made it worse for everyone. Tekken 8 battle pass literally had shit from Tekken 7, and we had to pay to get those when they should already be ingame. Honestly anyone who supports micro transactions in fully priced games needs to stay far away from gaming imo.

I personally was hoping (more like coping) they'd either get rid of the Fighter Pass altogether or make it more worth it, but this second fighter pass is just as bad as the first one. More T8 content creators need to speak out on how stupid this is cause clearly they're not listening to the fans. They're basically ruining the goodwill of the community for no reason.

Mk do have the hypest Guest character but does have the shittiest Gameplay. It's a shame MK has access to these awesome characters, Imagine if Tekken had access to these characters. The gameplay of these characters in Tekken would way more badass. I will say one thing about Mk, is their character model is much better than Tekken, especially the hair. Tekken hair always look like shiny plastic crap since Tag 1 and 4. Tekken really need to fix the Hair. Also I hated when in Tekken 7 we pay for Noctis and his hair was the worst in the game and they never fix it through updates. But Yeah, Mk1 character models are great but the character design outfits and so on really sucks. terribly designed.

At 6:55 you mentioned qcf+1+2, 2 is safe in neutral, but its actually not. If you set the bot to block then jab, you get punished every time because the stance frames keep you from blocking unfortunately.

Lidia Sobieska, difficult to master but you can still learn combos with her.
